Of all the carp fly fishermen I know, fellow Oregonian John Bartlett, AKA John Montana, has caught the essence of the sport of carp on the fly in the greatest way. Recently John did an interview for American Carper Magazine (online) and they ran it in their April 2007 edition. What a great read! nice of you to say Zonker. I know how much i've enjoyed chasing carp. it gives me a great opportunity to fish with my kids (elia outfished me 2-1 last time out...at 2 1/2 years old, i'm in trouble.)
